ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All standard cover styles are available without custom imprints and No Minimum requirement. Use 250 quantity price.

Non-profit organizations and charity event organizations may contact us for Canadian Special Fund Raising Pricing available to all eligible participants.

For cover styles E & F, a multi color custom imprint on the inside cover is included in the price. There are no set-up charges if choosing from the standard greetings below and simply adding your company name in one of the type styles shown.

For cover styles A, B, C and D, a multi color custom imprint on the front cover is included in the price. There are no set-up charges if choosing from the standard greetings below and simply adding your company name in one of the type styles shown.

*An optional multi color imprint is available on the inside cover of A, B, C,and D at the 2nd side imprint price listed above. No set-up charges apply if choosing from the standard greetings below.

Set-up charges for your custom messages are $30.00 (G).

Set-up charges for corporate logos on any of the imprint areas are $40.00 (G), provided camera-ready artwork is supplied with color separations (for multi-color logos).

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Custom Cover Designs like the samples illustrated are available for quantities of 100 or more at same pricing as Standard Covers. A set-up charge of $75.00 applies if all artwork is supplied to specifications on disk. Additional art charges apply if design work is required.

Custom CD Labels are also available with a minimum 500 unit order. Pricing provided on request.

All Compact Discs come in a standard jewel box and are individually shrink wrapped unless you specify otherwise. Corrugated white gift box mailers for individual CDs are available at $0.75 (G) each. The boxes are shipped unassembled. Assembly and packaging are available at $0.20 net per unit.

DELIVERY

Please allow 4-6 weeks for normal delivery. Rush delivery (within 2 weeks) may be possible if requested.

All shipments within Canada are subject to applicable Canadian taxes and are FOB Vancouver, British, Columbia.
